Gingerbread Martini

Looking for a new festive dessert cocktail? This gingerbread martini will be a very popular after-dinner treat! If you don’t drink alcohol, you could make a fun gingerbread milkshake instead!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Sugar Daddy dulce de leche or caramel sauce of your choice
- Crushed gingerbread people/cookies
Martini
- 45ml vodka
- 45ml Kahlúa
- 120ml milk

50ml Can’t Catch Me gingerbread syrup
- Ice
Topping
- Whipped cream
- Grated white chocolate
Directions
- Put your glasses in the freezer.
Roll the rim of each glass in the Sugar Daddy then dip into a plate of crushed gingerbread cookies.
For the martini, in a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, Kahlúa, milk and Can’t Catch Me.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
Gently top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of gingerbread (or a mini gingerbread person!) and grated white chocolate. Drizzle over some extra Sugar Daddy, if desired.
