Pistachio & Honey Cheeseball

Another throwback to the 70s! Gotta admit the cheese ball will never die. The Turkish Tea Shop pistachio and rose dukkah makes for a beautiful and delicious one though, and be sure to drizzle with loads of honey or even honeycomb for added delicious sticky sweetness. Serve with homemade Seed Crackers, toasted baguette or a good ol’ ready salted chip. Classic!

Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Man Grind
- 1 ½ cups grated tasty cheese
- 4 spring onions, finely diced

1 ½ tablespoons Turkish Tea Shop pistachio and rose dukkah
Coating
- ¼ cup chopped dried cranberries

¼ cup Turkish Tea Shop pistachio and rose dukkah
- Liquid honey
Directions
- Beat the cream cheese, honey and Man Grind together.
Fold through the tasty cheese, spring onion and Turkish Tea Shop.
Roll into a ball or log and pop in the fridge for an hour.
For the coating, combine the cranberries and Turkish Tea Shop in a bowl.
Roll the cheese ball in the coating so it’s all well covered, and drizzle with liquid honey before serving.
