A gooey, golden, smoky, cheesy bake that is perfect for a summer Christmas table or BBQ spread. Honestly, you can’t beat a hot, melty cheese dish with a little kick.
Ingredients
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Fire in the Hole
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups grated cheese (mix of havarti, mozzarella, or cheddar works great)
- ½ cup cooked bacon bits (or chorizo, optional)
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped
- Italian parsley
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for extra warmth)
-
Man Grind Flakes and cracked pepper, to taste
- Extra cheese for topping
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C fan bake. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, Fire in the Hole, sour cream, grated cheese, bacon, spring onions, parsley, paprika, and a pinch of Man Grind Flakes and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a small ovenproof dish or skillet and sprinkle a little extra grated cheese on top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the dip is golden, bubbling, and starting to brown.
Serve hot with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh crunchy vegetable sticks such as carrot, cucumber, or capsicum.
- Garnish with extra parsley or chives for a festive touch.
