Ingredients
1 cup Greek yoghurt
2 teaspoons G-Banger
1 bag of Just Cous
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups boiling water
2 tomatoes
200g feta
1 large rotisserie chicken
100g baby spinach
A dash of lemon juice
Sprinkle of Man Grind Flakes, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
blank
Sprinkle of Daily Sesh, to taste
Directions
To make the garlic yoghurt, place the yoghurt and G-Banger in a small bowl and mix well. Leave to rest for at least 1 hour before serving.
Place the full bag of Just Cous in a large bowl and drizzle over the oil. Pour over the boiling water, give it a quick stir, then cover and leave to sit for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and feta. Pull the chicken off the bones and roughly chop or shred.
Remove the cover from the couscous and fluff with a fork. Add the spinach, feta, tomatoes, and chicken, then toss everything together until combined.
Season with a dash of lemon juice, Man Grind Flakes, and cracked black pepper to taste.
Serve with a generous drizzle of the punchy garlic yoghurt.
