Pina Colada Slushy

A Pepper & Me twist on a much-loved cocktail! The classic summer holiday flavours of pineapple and coconut absolutely slap in this frozen slushy blend.
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice

50g Caught in the Rain Pina Colada mix
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 60ml Malibu
For mocktail
- 60ml Coconut water
Directions
Cocktail
- Put your chosen glass into the freezer.
- Put the ice into a blender (a small NutriBullet-style blender is best but not essential).
- Top with the Caught in the Rain, pineapple juice and Malibu.
- Blend on high for 2 minutes and pour into the frozen glass.
- Serve immediately.
Mocktail
- Place your chosen glass into the freezer to chill.
Put ice into a blender (a small NutriBullet-style blender works well but is not essential).
- Add Caught in the Rain, pineapple juice, and coconut water.
- Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into the frozen glass and serve immediately.
