Big flavour, no fuss. These noodles bring together tender prawns, toasted nuts, and our Hot Nuts sauce for the ultimate mix of heat, crunch, and comfort in a bowl.

Ingredients
1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can of baby corn
- 400g prawns, peeled and tails removed
- 1 head of broccoli cut into florets
- 2 tbsp Wok Sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Hot Nuts
- 2 packs udon noodles
- 2 spring onions
Directions
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
Add the white parts of the spring onion and sauté for about 3 minutes, stirring until softened.
Add the garlic and broccoli, then cook for 1 minute. Pour in 2 tablespoons of water and cook for another minute until the broccoli begins to soften.
- Add the noodles, baby corn, Wok Sauce, honey and Hot Nuts. Toss everything together and cook for about 2 minutes, until the noodles and broccoli are tender.
- Push the noodles to one side of the pan and add the prawns.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, turning once, until the prawns are just cooked through.
Mix everything together well and taste. Adjust the seasoning with a little extra Wok Sauce, honey or Hot Nuts if needed.
- Garnish with the green parts of the spring onion and serve hot.
