A soul warming casserole with devious fluffy little dumplings to soak up the gravy.

Ingredients

600g Stewing beef diced chuck or blade steak works well
2 onions
3 stalks of celery
4 carrots
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp Flour
2 tsp Man Rub
1/4 cup Get Lit sauce
3 cups Beef stock
1/2 cup Red wine
1 tsp Man Grind
200g button mushrooms
1/2 tin chopped tomatoes

Directions

Dumplings

1 1/2 cups self raising flour
80g butter
1 tsp Man Grind
2 tsp Italian stallion
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1/2 cup milk
