• 600g Stewing beef diced chuck or blade steak works well

• 2 onions

• 3 stalks of celery

• 4 carrots

• 3 cloves of garlic

• 2 tsp Flour

• 2 tsp Man Rub

• 1/4 cup Get Lit sauce

• 3 cups Beef stock
• 1/2 cup Red wine

• 1 tsp Man Grind

• 200g button mushrooms

• 1/2 tin chopped tomatoes
