The ultimate cheesy garlic bread that's crispy on the outside, soft and buttery in the middle. Perfect as a side dish or snack, and guaranteed to disappear within minutes.

Ingredients
-
1 loaf bread (You can use whatever your favourite garlic bread loaf is, we used ciabatta sinner rolls)
-
½ cup Butter
-
3 tablespoon G-Banger
-
¼ Cup fresh herbs
-
½ cup cheese
-
4 peperoncino (optional)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 180°C fan bake and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a medium bowl, soften the butter slightly. Add the G-Banger, fresh herbs, cheese, and peperoncino, then mix until everything is well combined and smooth.
Cut your bread loaf into thick slices, about three-quarters of the way through, or halve it if you're using buns. Arrange the pieces on the prepared tray.
Generously spread the butter mixture over all the exposed surfaces of the bread, making sure it gets into every little nook.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy around the edges.
- Serve warm, tear, and share!
