Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Preheat oven to 180C.
Toss diced chicken in Man Rub and brown in a dash of olive oil for about 5 minutes.
Blanch broccoli in a pot of boiling water for 1 min. Do not cook fully as it will cook more in the oven. Drain and run under the cold tap to stop cooking.
Arrange broccoli in a baking/casserole dish, then add the chicken in an even layer.
For the sauce, make a roux with the butter and flour. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour and gradually add milk and stock until a smooth sauce comes together. Season with Man Grind and add mustard cook out the flour for about 2 minutes.
Whisk in sour cream.
Remove from the heat and stir through cheese until melted.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli.
Sprinkle with a little lemon and herb crumb or crumb of your choice, any will work. Bake for 15minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve with mashed potato or cauliflower mash.
