Ingredients

1 Saucy Minx pudding mix

60g butter
-
1 cup milk

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup cocoa

Cornflake topping
-
1 cup chocolate
-
1 cup cornflakes
Directions
Make the pudding and the sauce using the additional ingredients, according to the packet instructions.
In a heat proof bowl, gently heat the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate has melted. Add the cornflakes to the chocolate and mix well until a crunchy, well coated layer has formed.
Spoon onto the pudding and spread evenly. Optional, leave the cornflake mix in the fridge to let it get cold for a more crunchy, firm consistency.
Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
