Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Steak Butter or Pasta Butter, or olive oil
- 6 pork sausages
- 1 cup diced leek or onion
- ½ cup white wine
- 500g fresh gnocchi
- 2 teaspoons French Kiss
- 1 teaspoon Man Grind Flakes
- 1 cup cream
- 1 handful green beans or broccoli, chopped
- ½ cup grated parmesan, plus extra to serve
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil for the gnocchi.
- Remove the sausage meat from the casings.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the Steak Butter, Pasta Butter or olive oil. Add the sausage meat and leek or onion, then cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking up the sausage with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through.
- Pour in the white wine and scrape up any golden bits from the bottom of the pan. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add the French Kiss Seasoning and Man Grind to the sausage mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour in the cream and add the green beans or broccoli. Simmer for 4–5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly and the vegetables are just tender.
- Add the cooked gnocchi and parmesan, then gently stir until everything is coated in the sauce.
- Serve immediately with extra parmesan sprinkled over the top.
