Jam Sesh Burrata
Cherie Metcalfe
Creamy burrata, sweet and spicy Jam Sesh, crunchy pistachios and plenty of good olive oil. One of those ridiculously easy things that looks seriously impressive on the table. Plonk it down with a pile of crispy bread and let everyone get stuck in.

Ingredients
- 1 large burrata
- 3–4 tablespoons Jam Sesh
- 2 tablespoons good olive oil
- ¼ cup roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1 small handful basil leaves
- ½ teaspoon Man Grind Flakes
- 1 lemon, zest only
- 1 sourdough baguette or ciabatta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Man Grind Flakes
Directions
- Heat the oven to 200°C fan bake.
- Tear or slice the bread into chunky pieces, drizzle with the olive oil and season with Man Grind. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until golden and crunchy.
Place the burrata in the centre of a serving plate and gently break it open so the creamy middle starts spilling out.
Spoon the Jam Sesh generously over and around the burrata.
Drizzle with the good olive oil, then scatter over the pistachios, basil and lemon zest.
Finish with Man Grind and serve straight away with the crispy bread for scooping.
