Loaded Wedges

Ingredients

  • 800g agria potatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Sanders Seasoning
  • 100g streaky bacon
  • Spring onion
  • ½ cup grated cheese

blank

  • Sour cream
  • Sweet Sesh Hot Honey; or

  • Yasss Queen! Relish

Directions

  1. Lay your bacon out in the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes at 200°C while you prep the potatoes.
  2. Wash the spuds, then cut them in half lengthways. Cut each half into wedges (usually about 8 wedges per potato).
  3. Toss the potato wedges with oil and Sanders seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Remove the bacon from the air fryer and chop it into bits. Add the seasoned potatoes into the same fryer (no need to clean it—the bacon fat adds flavour!).
  5. Air fry the potatoes for 20 minutes at 200°C, shaking the basket a few times during cooking.
  6. Once cooked, leave the potatoes in the air fryer basket and top with grated cheese and chopped bacon. Air fry for a further 1 minute to melt the cheese.
  7. Place the cheesy wedges onto a plate, drizzle with Sweet Sesh Hot Honey (optional), and serve with a dollop of sour cream and relish.
  8. Garnish with chopped spring onions and enjoy!
