1 rack baby back pork ribs
-
2 heaped tbsp Man Rub
-
1/3 cup Get Lit
-
2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
-
2 tbsp water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 160C.

Wrap the ribs up tightly like a parcel, place on a baking tray and bake for 3 hours at 160C.

To glaze the ribs mix the Get Lit and water with the honey or brown sugar. Brush on the ribs and place back in the oven for 20 minutes to get some colour and until slightly sticky.
