Mojito Lime Pie

It is tart, it is sweet and oh so moreish! Simple dessert that can be whipped up in 30 minutes ready to woo your guests!

Ingredients
- 2 tins condensed milk
- 3 Egg yolk
- 1 Cup Lime Juice
- ⅓ cup Mojito Mojo
- 1 ½ Pct Super Wine biscuits
- 150 g Butter, melted
Directions
- Blend up or crush super wine biscuits. Add with the melted butter and press into 10 inch tart tin.
Mix the condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice and the Mojito Mojo mix together and whisk until combined.
Pour into the tart tin and bake at 160℃ for 15 minutes.
Leave to set and decorate with whipped cream sprinkled with more Mojito Mojo.
Cut into 12 pieces.
