Morsels of crispy southern fried cauliflower served with Dude Ranch.

Ingredients

1 whole cauliflower
1.5 cup Greek yoghurt or buttermilk
2 tbsp pickle juice
2 tbsp Dude Ranch
1 cup Fry Yay

Dip

1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
2 tbsp Dude Ranch

Directions

Cut cauliflower into florets and marinate in the Greek yoghurt, pickle juice and Dude Ranch.
Prepare the ranch dip by mixing everything together and pop in the fridge while the cauliflower cooks.
Take the florets of marinated cauliflower and toss in the Fry Yay seasoning.
Air Fry for 15 min at 200C or until crisp, alternatively deep fry them until golden and crisp.
Serve with Ranch Dip.
