Frozen Cosmo (Single Serve)

All the sass of a classic Cosmo, just colder. This recipe is designed specifically for our single serve Sex in the City sachet, so you get the perfect cranberry citrus balance when blitzed with ice.
Ingredients
- 1 sachet of Sex in the City
- 3 fresh limes
- ½ cup vodka
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup ice
Directions
Peel a few strips of lime peel to twist and use as a garnish. Use orange if limes aren’t available.
Cut a lime in half and run the cut lime around the rim of your cocktail glass.
Add a couple of spoonfuls of the cocktail mixture to a small saucer, invert the cocktail glass into the sugar, and wiggle the glass to coat the rim.
For the cocktail, add the fresh lime juice, vodka, and cranberry juice to a blender. Pour in the cocktail mixture that’s left on the plate; it should be about 1 tbsp.
Add the ice to a blender and blend to form a slushy.
Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish with a twist of lime zest.
