Goan to Bombay
CURRY SEASONING
Take a flavour-packed journey to the streets of Goa with this mild-in-spice, big-in-flavour blend.
Perfect for a quick curry, just simmer with onions, chicken or beef, some stock and coconut cream for a rich, comforting dish the whole family will love. It works wonders in biryani, kedgeree, dahl, or any English dish you want to curry up.
Curried eggs, coronation sandwiches, curry sauce for chips, or cheesy mac. It might not be authentic, but we love it! A great way to introduce kids to new flavours!

Ingredients
Curry Powder (Coriander, Turmeric, Fennel, Chilli, Black Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Fenugreek, Garlic, Clove, Ginger), Salt, Garam Masala (Cassia, Ginger, Fennel, Nutmeg, Coriander, Clove, Bay Leaf, Cumin), Spices, Onion, Garlic
Tried this twice and both times the measure of curry is way too strong. Its not the heat its a strong taste that ruins the dish, suggest halving the amount in the recipe, can always add more but cant take it away.
