Fire up the grill for these Boujee Beef Kebabs! Tender, juicy beef skewers marinated to perfection, then chargrilled with vibrant veggies for a gourmet twist on a classic. Fancy enough to impress, yet easy enough for any BBQ!
Ingredients
600g rump steak
8 skewers
1 tsp Boujee Beef
4 garlic pitas
Handful spinach
¼ red onion
2 tomatoes
Fresh mint and parsley
200g halloumi
Long Lunch to dress (or balsamic
and olive oil)
Pinch of Man Grind
Sweet Sesh to taste
Directions
Dice the rump steak into chunky cubes, and marinate with a drizzle of oil and the Boujee Beef seasoning.
Soak skewers in water for ten minutes, then thread on the desired amount of beef, keeping the cubes tightly together so they don’t overcook.
Heat a grill pan or your BBQ and sear the kebabs for two minutes on each side. Pop aside to rest, allowing the juices to redistribute.
While kebabs are searing, whip up a quick salad with the spinach, sliced red onion, and diced tomatoes; dress with Long Lunch dressing, and add the torn fresh herbs.
Pop garlic pitas into your air fryer for 3 minutes to warm and toast.
Slice and fry the halloumi for one minute on each side.
Serve the Boujee Beef skewers with warm pitas, salad, and halloumi – yum! halloumi - yum!
