Chicken Chowder

Hearty, creamy, and packed with juicy chicken and veggies. This chowder is the ultimate cosy hug in a bowl.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tsp Blow My Coals
- 4 large potatoes
- Oil for cooking

Man Grind Salt Flakes, to season
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 50g butter
- 2 tbsp flour

1 tbsp On Yaaa
- 1 litre stock
- 1 cup cream or milk
- Fresh herbs

Sesh Oil (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C fan bake.
- Rub the chicken with Blow My Coals and pop in a medium to large roasting dish.
Peel and dice the potatoes into 1cm cubes. Toss in oil and Man Grind Salt Flakes and place around the chicken breasts. Roast for 30 minutes or until cooked.
- Dice the chicken into 1cm cubes
- Dice the onions, carrots and celery into 1cm cubes.
Melt the butter In a medium pot, add the onion, carrots and celery and sauté for 10 minutes until softened. Add the flour and On Yaaa Onion Dip Mix and cook an extra minute or two.
- Slowly add the stock and cream and cook until slightly thickened.
Add the chicken, potatoes and fresh herbs and cook for 5 minutes.
Divide among bowls and top with a spoon of Sesh Oil, if desired.
