Add the chicken stock to a large pot and bring it to a simmer.
Stir in the No Ramen Nor Reason broth blend and taste.
Add any extra flavours you like – a splash of Sesh Oil for heat, sesame oil for depth, or sweet soy for a little sweetness. None are essential, but all are yum.
Add the ramen noodles and simmer for 2 minutes.
Just before serving, blanch any greens you’d like directly in the broth – bok choy or broccolini work beautifully.
Divide the noodles between four bowls and ladle the hot broth over the top.
Top each bowl with shredded chicken, a soft-boiled egg, and your choice of garnishes – chilli, spring onion, nori, greens, Sesh Oil, or Poké Me. Use what you have on hand – it’s all good.
