Saucy Dumplings

Juicy dumplings meet a silky, satay-style sauce in this oven-baked twist on your favourite takeaway. Swimming in a dreamy combo of coconut cream, Gotcha Good, Rock Out with Your Wok Out, and peanut butter, these dumplings soak up all the goodness while they bake to golden perfection.

Saucy Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup Gotcha Good sauce
  • ¼ cup Rock Out with your Wok Out sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesh Oil (optional only if you want it spicy)
  • 1 cup frozen edamame beans
  • 2 teaspoons Twisted Tik Tok
  • 20 frozen dumplings
  • 1 spring onion to garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C fan bake.
  2. In a casserole or baking dish, add the coconut cream, Gotcha Good sauce, Rock Out with your Wok Out Sauce, and peanut butter. Whisk until smooth and well combined to create a rich, creamy satay-style sauce.

  3. Arrange the dumplings in a single layer in the sauce, making sure they’re nestled in nicely. Scatter the edamame beans over the top.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, depending on the size of your dumplings. For a bit of extra golden colour, you can flip them halfway through baking, but it’s not essential.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the oven and finish with a sprinkle of Tik Tok Trending for a lil crunch and zing. Garnish with chopped spring onion or fresh coriander.
  6. Serve hot and dig in! It’s saucy, satisfying, and bound to be a hit.
