Asian Cucumber Salad

Cool, crunchy and packed with punch, this quick cucumber salad is the ultimate sidekick for any meal.
                      Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 
            
2 teaspoons Sesh Oil
        
            
              
                
 - 
            
1 teaspoon MSG
        
            
              
                
 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
 - Sprinkle of Twisted Tik Tok
 
Directions
- Thinly slice 1 cucumber using a mandolin or sharp knife.
 - Aim for even, thin slices so the flavours can soak in nicely. Add the cucumber to a container or jar with a lid.
 - Add the soy sauce, Sesh Oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and MSG to the cucumber.
 - Pop the lid on and give it a good shake until everything is well combined and the cucumber is fully coated in the dressing.
 - Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes so the cucumber can soak up all the goodness.
 - Just before serving, sprinkle over a little Tik Tok Trending for crunch and a citrusy, herby kick.
 Serve chilled and enjoy as a fresh, punchy side dish or a tasty snack straight from the jar.
