Bagel Bites

These bite-sized bursts of bagel bliss, filled with creamy cheese and glazed with Tik Tok magic, offer the perfect lunch or snack.
 
                      Ingredients

- To prepare the bagel dough add warm water to the bowl of a stand mixer with the yeast and sugar, mix and set aside for 5 minutes. 
- Add milk and Man Grind then add flour and mix on low speed to combine, knead for 7 minutes to form a smooth dough. Cover and pop somewhere warm and leave to rise for 30 minutes. 
- Turn the dough out and roll it into a large sauce and cut of balls roughly 50g in size. 
- Take a teaspoon of cream cheese and stuff into the centre of each dough ball. Place on a tray and leave to rise a second time for 20 minutes. 
- Bring a large pot of water to a simmer with the baking soda, place the dough balls into the boiling water and poach for one minute on each side. 
- Remove balls from the water with a slotted spoon and place in a baking tray. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle over TikTok Trending. 
- Preheat oven to 200C Fan Bake. 
- Bake bagel bites for 10-12 minutes or until nicely golden brown.
