1/2 cup of Butter (softened)
2 Eggs
1/2 cup of Water
Icing
1.5 cups Icing Sugar
2 tbsp Butter (softened or melted)
2 tbsp Boiling water
Directions
Preheat the Oven: Ask an adult to help you preheat the oven to 175°C on Fan Bake.
Mix It Up: In a big bowl, add the butter, crack in the eggs, and pour in the water. Mix until smooth!
Add the Fun: Pour in the cupcake mix and stir until it’s all combined.
Fill the Tins: Line your cupcake tins with liners and fill each about 2/3 full with batter.
Bake Time: With an adult’s help, bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Mix It Up: While the cupcakes cool, In a bowl, combine butter with icing sugar.
Add Water: Stir in boiling water bit by bit until smooth and creamy.
