200 g cooked bacon or ham, chorizo, chicken etc optional
1/2 cup panko crumb optional
Directions
Bring a large pot of water to the boil and cook pasta and cauliflower until the pasta is cooked.
Add milk to a large pot and bring to a simmer over a medium high heat.
Mix cornflour with a little water to form a slurry and whisk into the milk.
Add chipotle ranch and continuing whisking as it starts to thicken.
Reduce heat to low and add the cheese and cream cheese, mix until all the cheese is melted and incorporated. Season generously with Man Grind to taste.
Drain pasta and cauliflower and toss through cheese sauce with bacon.
Top with panko and a little additional grated.
Bake at 180C Fan Bake for 20 min or until cheese and melted and golden.
