Arrange the lettuce on a large chopping board and begin to layer on the other ingredients.
Lay the deli meats on top of the lettuce, followed by the sliced cheeses, sliced tomatoes, thinly sliced onion, roasted peppers and olives, pickles or jalapeños if using.
Season with Man Grind and begin to aggressively chop everything together with a large kitchen knife.
Next add the Mayo and long lunch dressing, continuing to chop. Overall everything should be cut into 1cm cubes. Use the knife to mix everything together to form a well dressed chopped salad filling
Cut the baguette into four portions and then cut it in half horizontally but not all the way through.
Fill the bread with the chopped salad mixture, loading in as much as you can.
If you would prefer a low carb option this is great in a keto wrap or just eaten as a salad
Recipe Note
You can use any combination of deli meats or sliced ham and salami, or even leftover roast meat.
For cheese you can use any combination that you fancy but sliced cheese and a couple of bits of fresh mozzarella work well.
