Ingredients
-
500g pork mince
-
400g hokkien noodles see notes
-
1 can baby corn
-
1 bunch bok choy
-
1 head broccoli
-
1 tablespoon oil
-
1 teaspoon Tik Tok Trending
Sauce
-
100ml Wok Sauce
-
1 heaped tablespoon Fry-Yay
-
2 tablespoon honey
-
2 tablespoon soy sauce
-
⅓ cup water
Directions
- Heat a frypan over high heat and add the oil. Add the pork mince and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it browns. You’re aiming for the pork to lightly caramelise.
- Cut the broccoli into small florets and roughly slice the bok choy. Drain the baby corn.
- Add all the sauce ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
- Boil a jug of water. Place the noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave for 2 to 3 minutes, then drain well.
- Once the pork is browned, add the broccoli, bok choy and baby corn. Add a splash of water, cover with a lid, and steam for 1 to 2 minutes to help the broccoli cook.
- Add the noodles and pour over the sauce. Stir-fry to coat everything, cooking for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
