Here's a delightful breakfast suggestion for your Christmas morning feast. This Hash Brown slice pairs perfectly with bacon and eggs or pop it in a bagel for the ultimate Christmas bagel bonanza.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes grated
- 115 grams butter melted
- ½ onion finely diced
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups tasty or smoked cheese grated
- 2 teaspoons Pepper & Me Man rub
- Small bunch of Parsley finely chopped
- Pepper & Me Man Grind
- Pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven 200 degrees on fan bake.
Prepare all of the ingredients and stir together in a large bowl, leaving a little cheese to sprinkle on top.
In a large 36 x 25cm large oven tray with sides, spread the mixture evenly in the tray.
Sprinkle with cheese and season with man grind and pepper.
Fan bake 20-30 mins until golden brown.
