Juicy peaches and silky custard meet in this golden, buttery crumble. Rich, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent.
1 cup custard
1 teaspoon cornflour
¼ cup water
50g butter, melted
½ packet Thats How the Cookie Crumbles
Preheat oven to 180C fan bake.
Drain the juice from the peaches into a small bowl and add the water and cornflour, mix to combine.
Add the peaches to a small baking dish suitable for two people.
Pour over the peach juice mixture.
Dollop the custard on top of the peaches.
Mix the crumble mix with the melted butter and crumble over the top of the custard in an even layer.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Serve with cream or vanilla ice cream.
