Wrap Quiche

Whether served up for a leisurely brunch, enjoyed as a satisfying lunch, or as a fun dinner option, this Wrap Quiche is a genius idea the whole family will love.

Ingredients

1 wrap
2 large eggs
1 tbsp milk or cream
1/4 cup grated cheese
50g ham or bacon
1 tomato
25g cream cheese
A few spinach leaves
2 tsp TikTok
Pinch of Man Grind

Directions

Preheat oven to 180C Fan Bake
Lightly grease a small oven safe pan or dish and place the wrap in to line the pan, like you would with pastry.
Crack the eggs directly into the wrap and add the cream or milk and a pinch of man grind, carefully whisk together with a fork.
Add the grated cheese, ham, a few slices of tomato and roughly chopped spinach.
Dollop on small chunks of cream cheese and sprinkle over TikTok.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the centre is set.
