Delish desert

I made this for our family Christmas day and it was a show stopper. Everyone loved it. Reasonably simple to make. Such delish flavour and not too sweet. Would def make again

Went to use the oh snap for our Christmas dessert and realized I have been sent another ginger spice mix so was unable to try.

Easy to follow instructions. Makes a huge amount but not alot of flavour without the added sauce.

Oh Snap Cheesecake

This is so very yummy. Great size for a group but will make up 1/2 the packet for desert for 5 of us. We have had this for 2 Christmases now and it was a hit.

Beautifully flavoured

Everyone loved the flavour and I will be definitely making it again. I used a 10 inch or 25cm round tin but I feel that it needed to be bigger still. Next time I will use a 12 inch or 30cm one and possibly use an extra packet of ginger nuts in the base with just one mix of the topping as it makes a lot of topping
