I liked it. Made a great Christmas cheesecake. Only thing was I wasn’t sure if it was dissolved or not so I left it for longer and used a water bath to ensure it was. … would recommend doing this. I’ve bought more as it was a hit, but suggest instructions might change as some of the reviews haven’t been great.

Disappointing bitter flavour

I was very disappointed in this as there was a strong bitter orange pith flavour that I hadn’t expected and ruined the taste for me. Not everyone tastes bitter the same so it didn’t bother everyone but after the cost of all the ingredients and time to make it was a real shame.

I was a little skeptical when I seen the mixture in water but I trusted the process and it was delish! Not too sweet and the orange curd is lovely on top. 5 ⭐️ for me.

Terrible citrus pithy aftertaste

The cheesecake set and turned out well, but god awful bitter citrus after taste, threw the whole thing out!

Bitter taste of orange pith wouldn't make again

Followed recipe to a T it split as soon as I added the whipped cream to the mixture, mange to bring it back after some work and tasted awful, bit gutted as was costly to make. Nothing like I thought it would taste like
