Disappointed

I was stoked buying this book , gripping through the beautiful pages of recipes and the pictures look soooo delicious but sadly disappointed that in nearly every recipe you need to buy the pepper and me spices to make these recipes...as no spice or herb ingredients and measurements given so will sadly have to wing the recipe on my own and hope they work out.
