Strong flavours

This is quite a strong crumb which overpowered the lemon fish we had couldn't even taste the fish but I like the texture maybe with the rest we have left I'll had lots of panko with this crumb.

I was expecting this product to be like the lemon pepper salt. (11/10). It wasn’t. Much deeper flavour. Our snapper was drowned. Hindsight, will use at half strength.
