Recipe Change?

The most recent jar looks & tastes quite different to jars I've ordered previously. It's quite thick & separates quite easily, also being quite yellow in colour. Whereas previous jars have been paler, and thinner in consistency & don't separate at all. The garlic is quite overpowering, so I am unsure if the reciper has changed?

One of the best I've tried. Could always do with a bit more garlic but that is taste preferences coming into play, is great as it is
