This delicious fusion sauce has a sweet soy base, with a touch of chilli, garlic, hoisin and ginger. It is insanely versatile, from stir fries, to Asian pulled pork baos. Use as a marinade for meats, or simply add through any wok tossed vegetables. It goes great when added to a dumpling filling, or as a dipping sauce.
This sauce is a fusion of our favourite Asian flavours, and we think it can't be beaten!
